The Rocky Mountain Research Station in Flagstaff serves as a key hub for forest and rangeland research across the Interior West. Located within the Coconino National Forest, this facility supports research in ecology, watershed management, and reforestation science critical to sustaining western landscapes.

As part of the REPLANT Act initiative, Bleck Engineering is providing master planning services to optimize this facility. The goal is to enhance seedling production capacity and modernize infrastructure for future reforestation targets.
