Bent Creek Experimental Forest
Situated within the Pisgah National Forest and adjacent to The North Carolina Arboretum, the Bent Creek Experimental Forest is one of the oldest continuously operated experimental forests in the eastern United States. The site supports critical research in forest management, reforestation techniques, and ecosystem restoration across the Southern Appalachian region.

As part of the REPLANT Act initiative, Bleck Engineering is providing master planning services to optimize this facility. The goal is to enhance seedling production capacity and modernize infrastructure for future reforestation targets.
