A member of Bleck Engineering for more than 25 years, Pat plays a vital role in construction observation and resident inspection. Pat has a keen understanding of the construction process having been involved with all types of civil engineering projects including sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, highway improvements, road reconstruction and large-scale developments. He understands the importance of communication between all parties involved in the construction process including the client, contractor and owners of surrounding property that may be affected by construction. Pat is also Designated Erosion Control Inspector (DECI). He works closely with the contractor and his common sense approach helps keeps projects in compliance.
