Bill has been a member of the firm since 1979, and spends the vast majority of his time out of the office surveying land. He has worked throughout Northern Illinois and Southeastern Wisconsin collecting and recording field data. He is experienced in boundary surveys, ALTA / NSPS Surveys and topographic mapping. His construction layout experience includes establishing horizontal and vertical control for foundations and structural steel for large-scale commercial and institutional buildings as well as single-family homes. He has also provided construction staking countless miles of sewers, water mains, curb and gutter and other layout for civil engineering projects.
