After 32 years as an engineer with Chicago, Villa Park and Lake Forest, Ken joined Bleck in 2011 to work on municipal engineering, project management and bridge inspections. He was well-prepared for these roles after designing specs, bidding jobs, selecting and managing capital improvement projects, inspecting bridges, and pursuing grants as a city and village engineer. Testifying as an expert witness and overseeing passage of ordinances were also part of his responsibilities as a municipal engineer.
